This little guy has joined a family that is so easy in love – lucky duck. Their happiness and joy shines through all of the photos we’ve taken together and you can tell that this is definitely forever love. When 3 becomes 4 there are some struggles for sure, but when moments like this happen – it is magical. Those first snuggles your oldest gives his newborn siblings will melt your heart. What beautiful and perfect memories.
Start them early I guess – boys and trucks! : )
Although I am never one to volunteer innovative props, I always love the photos when parents choose their own. My style tends to go more natural and simple, but a baby in a dump truck – of course that is adorable!!! Turns out Joseph was just as cozy here as when he was swaddled. Easy peasy!
I always have to get Mom & Dad “in” one. This is a super simple option if you’re not up for photos yet. You’ll always remember how little he was in your hands.
And of course – Dad and baby are ready for some football!!!
When you have a baby, even when you are waiting on baby, a week can go by and feel like a minute – and other times one minute can feel like five. If you’ve blinked and it’s been a month – no worries – just look at what we can still do! No matter when you decide you are ready for photos – they will only be as little as they are right now for right now.
Little Oliver’s under the sea nursery was irresistibly cute, as were all his adorable stretching faces. We did some candids and some formals and now this sweet family has a very special collection from this special time in their life – including the last image, which is one of my top 5 favorite images ever – I just love it so much!!!
One Christmas inspired photo for this little holiday blessing!
And then onto his nursery for more fun!
These sisters lit up my day!!! On a chilly December day, this family’s love for each other gave you all the warmth you needed. I just love it when families can take a deep breath and just have a little fun in front of the camera. We got tons of formal photos as well (including both sets of Grandparents!!!), but my favorites are always the extra happy ones!!!
They are guaranteed to make you smile – enjoy!
I will forever be a cheerleader for maternity sessions, even for baby #2…3…4, because maybe not today, or tomorrow, or a year from now, but someday these years are going to be the past and your heart will yearn for them and you’ll have these beautiful photos to remind you what it was like to be waiting on that child. By that time their little legs that were curled up tight in the womb will be long and strong. They will be running and jumping instead of cooing and cuddling. They will be your little one still, but at one point they were your littlest one.
